FSS does not request, does not encourage and will not respond to unsolicited CVs or other companies promotional material sent to us. Due to the specialist nature of its activities, often in developing countries and regions, the majority of FSS personnel are either former United Kingdom or other overseas Special Forces personnel, or they are former law enforcement officers with specialist backgrounds in criminal investigations or former diplomatic executive protection officers.
FSS Medical Staff and HSE Managers are also recruited from personnel with former military backgrounds, typically ex military frontline medical staff or ex military engineers.
The management and team members of FSS will often personally know and recruit other specialists by personal recommendation or we recruit via a contracted specialist recruitment agency. FSS preference is to provide risk management services in developing regions and countries for which middle ranking ex military personnel are most suited to the Scope of Work and the typically austere conditions.
