Introduction

Pakistan is an attractive, vibrant and growing international market for investors. Business opportunities abound and interest is growing. Unfortunately the security environment is perceived as uncertain. Concerns surrounding personnel safety, secure transportation and medical support are real. FSS Pakistan (Private) Limited is postured to support and assist any potential investor to the country.

Field Security Services (UK) Limited has been operating in Pakistan on a Security Consultancy basis since May 2008. In January 2010 FSS Pakistan (Private) Limited was formally registered at the Lahore Registrars Office with the acceptance of our Articles of Association.

FSS Pakistan (Private) Limited has a full and formal joint venture partnership with Skyguards (Private) Limited, a local guarding and security escort service provider. The two companies work in close partnership and in full compliance with Pakistan law and we provide a full range of security and risk management services following UK and international "best practices" for our clients using a blend of local Pakistani operational security delivery with expatriate consultancy, risk management and planning support. Skyguards personnel are exclusively ex military, fully security vetted and trained.

Office Locations

Our joint head office is in Lahore and we have joint branch offices in Karachi and Islamabad. Skyguards have Non Objection Certificates and licenses to provide front line security services in the following provinces.


Corporate Governance

The critical reason for incorporating a Pakistan company was to ensure that its practices and policies are bound by Pakistan law. We are jointly answerable to the Federal and local governing authorities. In addition we have fully insured FSS Pakistan (Private) Limited and Skyguards (Private) Limited with professional indemnity and public liability insurances to international levels of cover for the benefit of our Clients. This cover is not a legal requirement in the security sector of Pakistan and is generally not provided by our competitors.

We willingly provide copies of all corporate governance documentation upon request in order to meet the due diligence requirements of our clients.
